This tool will check that your web browser has all the features necessary for using Studywiz.

Studywiz supports the following web browser versions:

(Note that other web browsers will work with Studywiz, but they are unsupported.)

Studywiz requires a minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels.

 

Required components

These components must be installed in order to use the basic functionality of Studywiz. If any items are marked with an orange or red symbol, Studywiz may not function as expected.

(* Not essential, but some Studywiz features may be limited without these components.)

Recommended components

These components are highly recommended, especially if you are undertaking Studywiz Training.

Apple iTunes

iTunes can be used to access podcasts generated in Studywiz. (iTunes is pre-installed on OS X).

Apple QuickTime Player

QuickTime is used for viewing multimedia content including audio and video files. (QuickTime is pre-installed on OS X).

Adobe Reader

Adobe Reader is used for viewing PDF documents on Windows platforms. (OS X has native PDF-viewing abilities.)

Optional components

These components may be beneficial while using Studywiz (depending upon the type of content available to you in Studywiz).

Microsoft Office, or Microsoft Viewers

Microsoft Office allows Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents to be viewed and edited. If Office is not installed, the Microsoft Viewer programs allow these documents to be viewed.

Windows Media Player

Media Player is used for viewing multimedia content including audio and video (such as .wma and .wmv files). (Media player is usually pre-installed on Windows).
